Troop 1 Greenville takes pride in its commitment to an active outdoor program – this is a central focus of the scouting program. This is where scouts have the opportunity for practical application of camping skills to meet the challenges that make them more self-reliant as well as how to work more effectively as a team – all while having fun.
The troop has a campout or outdoor activity every month from September through July with a week of summer camp at Camp Yawgoog Scout Reservation.
